It is made from polymerised plaster (hardest grade paster of Paris which is used to make chess pieces mixed with acrylic polymer which makes a resin-like compound). It is painted in layers and finished with lacquer for a highly realistic appearance and slate-like sheen.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eUnlike the other items I sell I use stock photos for this piece as individual pieces are very similar to each other and do not need to be individually photographed. Being handmade and hand painted there will be a small amount of variation in colour\/shade but the sculpture you will receive will be very similar to the photos.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eIt is intended for indoor display but can survive outdoors, however if displayed outside it won’t survive the elements forever.
