Refund policy

In accordance with distance selling regulations you may return this item within 14 days for a refund under the following conditions:

The item(s) must be in exactly the same condition as it was when received, no scratches, scuffs or marks. These pieces are fragile and are carefully packed for transit, the order must be packed to a similar standard for return postage. Returns are at the buyer's risk, I cannot be liable for loss or damage due to negligence or inadequate packaging. Buyer pays return postage, if you selected express postage at the time of purchase only the default economy postage will be refunded. Please contact me within 14 days of receipt and return the item(s) as soon as possible, I will not accept a return after 14 days of receipt. Please contact me before returning an item, do not send anything without permission. Goods must be received before a refund can be given.
