Shipping policy

Please allow up to 2 working days for dispatch, although it will usually be quicker. All UK and international orders are tracked, up to four items will be sent by Royal Mail, orders of 5+ items will be sent by reliable courier (usually Parcelforce).

PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE ADDRESS YOU HAVE PROVIDED IS COMPLETE AND CORRECT, ie don't miss out your apartment number or use your old postcode if you've moved (I cannot be responsible for an order which gets lost due to an incorrect address being provided by the customer). If you are outside the UK please ensure that you have provided a valid email so that customs or the postal service can contact you about customs duties/taxes if necessary.

Most international orders arrive in good time, however customs and other postal delays can occur and are out of my control which is why I ask international customers to wait up to 30 days for delivery. It's rare that anything takes this long but if you need an item as a gift or for a photoshoot I would recommend buying in plenty of time or contact me for courier options. Currently US orders are taking around 10 days to arrive, Australian orders around 2 weeks +.

All taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders will be very well packed, breakages are very rare but if something does get damaged please provide clear photographic evidence (ideally the packaging also).

It is also thankfully rare to lose anything in the post, but as stated above delays can happen and an international package cannot be considered lost until 30 days have elapsed.
